Steel Bracelet Models Launched

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS (SEPTEMBER 4, 2012) - A first for TW Steel comes in the form of four new elegant editions housed within the oversized watch brand's Canteen Style collection. Featuring steel bracelets and accommodating a slightly smaller 40mm case size on all models, the quartet of new timepieces will be unique to this collection.
Offering something for everyone, not least those who prefer the fit of a steel bracelet, the latest offerings in the Canteen Style family have both masculine and feminine appeal.
TW300 now sports the revised dial being incorporated throughout the family. With a 3-hand Miyota 2115 movement, this edition features a black dial, steel case and steel bracelet. The bezel and mid-pieces of the bracelet use a shine finish on the steel while the rest of the watch has a brushed stainless steel look.
TW301 features a Chronograph Miyota 0S20 movement. A distinctive black dial is further highlighted by the use of bold, black engraving on the tachymeter on the bezel while the case and bracelet are of course steel. The whole watch sports a contemporary brushed stainless steel appearance.
The highlight on TW302 is the use of 46 Swarovski crystals around the steel case. Its elegance is further showcased by the use of a Mother of Pearl dial with raised numbers and indexes. The timepiece uses a 3-hand Miyota 2115 movement with a brushed stainless steel look everywhere with the exception of the bezel and mid-pieces of the bracelet, where a shine finish is used.
Finally TW303 rounds out the new models with a steel case and steel bracelet featuring A-grade PVD rose gold plating. It also has a rose gold colored dial with steel raised numbers and indexes. As with TW300 and TW302, this model uses a 3-hand Miyota 2115 movement with the same brushed stainless steel look with the exception of the bezel and mid-pieces of the bracelet, again where a shine finish is used.
"We have no doubt these bracelet editions will prove to be massively popular," said Ton Cobelens, TW Steel's Chief Design Officer. "They really speak for themselves as far as being distinctive and desirable models but importantly, they're instantly recognizable as TW Steel's. While they include a slightly smaller case dimension, which will be attractive in particular to the female buyer, this will be unique feature to these four models."
A family-owned company, headed by 29-year-old Chief Executive Officer and co-owner, Jordy Cobelens, TW Steel enjoys a reputation as an innovative and bold lifestyle brand available in over 85 countries worldwide.
